Abstract
PURPOSE:To make electric power source such as cells or commercial power supply, etc. unnecessary, by making a terminal equipment calling signal coming in by a telephone circuit a working power supply of the supervisory circuit, and storing voltage appearing in the telephone circuit at a normal time in the capacitor and utilizing it. CONSTITUTION:At a normal time, the capacitor 18 is charged with electric power supply by use of voltage of telephone circuits L1, L2 through a diode 20 and a resistor 19. In case of calling, the polarity of L1, L2 is inverted and simultaneously a calling signal is sent out. When the diodes 20 and 21 become conducting and nonconducting, respectively by the polarity inversion and a Zener diode 22 becomes conducting, a transistor TR23 conducts by a small current flowing in a resistor 24, and the capacitor 18 discharges electricity. This discharged current flows into the calling signal receiving circuit 15, when a signal which calls the terminal equipment 12 has been detected in course of operation of the circuit 15, a trigger signal is output to a thyristor 16, the thyristor 16 conducts, and the terminal equipment 12 is connected to the telephone circuit.
