Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve sensitivity with self-aggregation prevented by processing easily-self-aggregating germs, used as an aggregation reacting antigen, by trypsin for the purpose of diagnosises of various infection cases and a check on the acquisition of immunity.
CONSTITUTION: Germs such as Haemophilus gallinarum are cultivated which is used for the antibody examination of an infectious coryza case. The germs are separated from a culture fluid and extracted and they are thinned by a buffer saline solution to an adequate density after being washed and condensed at need. Next, trypsin is added to a germ containing solution, which is maintained at pH and a temperature adequate for decomposition of peptide by trypsin; when it becomes a uniform floating solution, a trypsin inhibiter is added. Processed matter of trypsin is separated and collected at need and then diluted to a proper density before a disinfectant-sterilizer and dyes are added.
