Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the accuracy of measurement by correcting the differences between the acoustical paramenters of the solution to be measured and the acoustical parameters of a standard solution, according to the temperature of the solution to be measured.
CONSTITUTION: In the concentration calculating part 5 of the solution to be measured, the difference between the output of the sample holding circuit 16 of an acoustical parameter measuring part 1 for the solution to be measured and the output of the amplifier 20 of an acoustical parameter generating part 2 for a standard solution is obtained by a differential output circuit. This differential output is applied to a multiplying-dividing circuit 22, by which the correction according to the temperature of the solution to be measured is done and further the standard solution concentration is added in an adder 23. The concentration of the solution to be measured having been measured in this way is fetched out as the output of the adder 23 and is converted to a digital signal by an A-D converter 25. This signal is displayed in a display device 26 and is recorded in a recorder 24.
