Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the density of a liquid to be measured, converted in terms of the fiducial temperature, with a high accuracy of carrying out computation constantly using the temperature coefficient of the correct density in the conversion into the fiducial temperature.
CONSTITUTION: From a temperature detecting part 1 and a density detecting part 5 signals corresponding to the temperature and density of a liquid to be measured are continuously obtained. The temperature signal is supplied to a subtractor 2 together with a signal corresponding to the fiducial temperature. The output signal of the subtractor 2 is supplied to a multiplier 3. To the multiplier 3 there is also supplied the output signal of a function generator 6. The multiplier 3 multiplies two input signals. The signal corresponding to the product is added to an adder 4 together with the density signal, and a signal corresponding to the sum of both signals is outputted.
