Abstract
PURPOSE: To selectively operate both functions of exhaust gas recirculation and engine brake encouragement by the first hydraulic pressure passage for exhaust gas recirculation control and the second hydraulic pressure passage which actuate the exhaust brake valve and the hoise suppressor valve at the same time.
CONSTITUTION: The exhaust brake valve 9 is provided in the exhaust pipe 8, and at the same time, the noise suppressor valve 11, which sequentially adjust the opening of the exhaust gas recirculating passage 13 to connect the suction pipe 10 and the exhaust pipe 8, is provided in the suction pipe. Also, the first hydraulic pressure passage to control the exhaust gas recirculating valve 14 from the hydraulic pressure source 4 by the actuators 5, 6 and the second hydraulic pressure passage, which actuates the exhaust brake valve 9 to encourage the engine brake and the noise suppressor valve 11 at the same time, are provided. By this constitution, exhaust gas recirculating function can be mutually and selectively operated.
