Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable to calibrate a forward current amplification factor measuring unit with high accuracy without using a standard element, by adjusting the resistance value of resistors and giving equal action as a transistor having an arbitrary hFE.
CONSTITUTION: The voltage drop in response to collector current is produced at the resistor 52, and this voltage eais outputted to the inversion amplifier 63 via the voltage follower 53. The voltage eb of another end of the resistor 52 is outputted to the voltage follower 54 and inversion amplifier 63. The output voltage ed of the inversion amplifier 63 is the voltage drop across the resistor 52 when the collector current flows. By adjusting the resistance value of the resistor 64, the same action as the transistor having an arbitrary hFE can be given.
