Abstract

PURPOSE: To maintain constantly a driving liquid in a proper amount by a system wherein a detector is provided for upper or lower position than the proper top limit or the low limit of a plunger to feed or discharge the driving liquid.
CONSTITUTION: When the distance between the plunger 15 and the float 11 is shortened due to the shortage of driving liquid amount within a supply chamber 1, the point of the plunger is reaching to the low position of the detector 17 by passing through the low limit position B of a normal operation time in lowering the plunger 15. This allows the change-over valve 6 of a driving liquid supply pipe 2 to open by actuating the low detector 17. In this case, the change-over valves 8, 9 of the slurry supply/discharge pipes 4, 5 are closed, and the driving liquid is increasing and flowing above the float 11 located within the supply pipe 1 as elevating the plunger 15 because there is a clearance between the plunger 15 and the supply chamber 1. Then, when the plunger 15 is reaching to the low limit position B, the operation of the low detector 17 is stopped, which causes to close the change-over valve 6 for stopping the driving liquid supply.
