CONSTITUTION: This liner plate P is formed by fixing a shielding member 6 consisting of board materials etc. provided with limited free-pass surfaces 5 such as those, for instance, with nets, grids or piercing holes, on to the outer surface of a outer-frame member 3 composed of angle steel 1, 2. Accordingly, the conventional processes of filling the pile itself with the concrete and of filling the excessive space with air mortar are unnecessitated to be performed in two stages.
