Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a strong structure for preventing infiltration of sea water by providing 1 point dowels from a steel frame web and 2 point dowels between both flanges and providing seal materials at corners of flange and web and at an end of the flange.
CONSTITUTION: 1 Point J-shaped dowels 24 and 1 point I-shaped dowels 25 are provided to project from a web 13 of steel frame consisting of a pair of flanges 10, 11 and web 13, and 2 point dowels 26 are provided between the flanges 10, 11. While corner seal materials 28 are provided in the corners of the flanges 10, 11 and web 13, and edge seal material 30 is provided on each end of the flanges 10, 11. Thus, a steel frame is provided at four sides in which is disposed PC steel rod 20 prestressed concrete so that the steel frame and concrete are provided with 1 point and 2 point dowels to be firmly jointed and further prevented form infiltration of sea water by the seal materials.
