PURPOSE:To prevent the decline of responsiveness and stability in discharge of ink at high-speed recording by dividing in plural the chamber for supplying to operating chambers recording liquid and supplying the liquid evenly for each of the divided chambers. CONSTITUTION:In order to discharge the recording liquid selectivelyfrom discharge orifices 1 in plural and give the liquid an acting force for letting fly as drips, operating chambers 2 in plural are provided. Furthermore, supplying chambers 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 and 3-4 for supplying the recording liquid to the operating chambers 2 are provided, which are divided for each of the operating chambers 2 in given numbers, while in each of the supplying chambers 3-1, 3-2, 3-3 and 3-4 are provided with pipes 4-1, 4-2, 4-3 and 4-4 for introducing the recording liquid supplied from a tank.
