Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a direct connection to a semiconductor integrated-circuit device by applying a switching signal to a 3rd input terminal and then by extracting signals, corresponding to 1st and 2nd input signals, from one terminal of a load resistance by switching. CONSTITUTION:Respective 1st-3rd differential amplifying circuits 20, 23 and 26 consist of 1st-6th npn transistors (TR) 18 and 19, TRs 21 and 22, and TRs 24 and 25. Then, TRs 24 and 23 constitute 1st and 2nd constant-current circuits which absorb constant currents from circuits 20 and 23 respectively, and 7th npn Tr27 constitutes the 3rd absorptance constant-current circuit which absorbs constant current I0 from circuit 26. Circuit 26 has 3rd input terminal 15 as a switching signal terminal, which is applied with a high level voltage higher than the common base bias voltage of TRs 24 and 25 to turn TRs 24 and 25 ON and OFF respectively, and consequently current I0 is all flowed through TR24. As a result, although circuit 20 is placed in an eperation state to derive the signal of the 1st input 13 as the signal of output 17, it is made possible to eliminate output 17 of the signal of the 2nd input 14 since TR23 is OFF.
