Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacture of a thick winding coil by forming plural patterns consisting of punching holes, terminal pieces, cutting grooves and linking pieces by punching a high conductive flat plate such as copper or the like wherein the plate is bent at a predetermined position to compose a plural-turn coil connected by the linking pieces. CONSTITUTION:The area of the copper sheet remaining on a thick copper sheet is made to be a predetermined area and punching holes 1, terminal pieces 2, linking levers 3, cutting grooves 4 are punched through the copper sheet to form copper sheets on which single turn coils 10 and 20 are connected respectively. Then, bending is made at bending parts a and b which are located between the coils 10 and 20 and the coils 10 and 20 are opposed each other in parallel at certain intervals to compose a two-turn coil connected by a linking piece 3. If a plural-turn coil is needed, the number of punched patterns is increased to make a unitedly connected coil. To improve the temperature characteristics of the coil, the area of the copper sheet makes large to improve heat radiation characteristics.
