Abstract

PURPOSE: To form material of determined dimension irrespective of shapes of formed parts by a method wherein a shearing machine for cutting thermoplastic resin forming material, a heating apparatus and a press machine for heating and forming it are connected through a feeding device.
CONSTITUTION: First, a stack 2 on which blanks 1 uniformly cut have been laid in layers is put on a crane-saver A and transferred to a disstack station. Here, the blanks are separated one by one from the stack 2 and sent to the input table 5 of a shearing machine B. They are cut to a given dimension by two sets of shears 7, 8, sent onto the conveyor 10 in a heating apparatus C through an output table 6. After they are heated the blank 1 are laid in layers, sent to a press D through a loader 15, pressed and formed into products and stored on a pallet 22.
