Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable visual inspection, by providing a relaying device between the takeout cnveyor and visual inspection conveyor of a molding machine to divide a small number of rows into numerous ones to reduce the speed of the inspection conveyor.
CONSTITUTION: Conveyance equipment 1 comprises a takeout conveyor 6 for carrying wrapping sheets (m) punched out by a punch press T, a rotary distribution cnveyor 2 and a slow coveyor 4 for inspection. The rapidly punched-out sheets (m) are changed from a small number of rows to numerous ones by the distribution conveyor 2. In the distribution conveyor 2, conveying jigs 26, 26' are movably supported on rods 25 provided on a rotary body 23. The jigs 26 are moved to one side and the remaining jigs 26' are moved to the other side so that the sheets (m) brought in two rows are changed to four rows and transferred onto the slow conveyor 4. According to this constitution, the conveyor 4 can be driven at a half speed of the conveyor 6 to facilitate the inspection.
