Abstract
PURPOSE:To certainly prevent burning of a stabilizer due to fusion of thermo-element by fitting the material having low melting point at the discharge part or in the vicinity of the discharge part. CONSTITUTION:In normal state, the auxiliary discharge between a main electrode 3a and an auxiliary electrode 10 allows a bimetal 6a to operate, and the translation to the main discharge between the main electrodes 3a and 3b is performed. If the movable conact 15' of the bimetal 6a and a contact lead 21 are fused, the bimetal 6b operates, and discharge is generated between the parts having different potentials.
