Abstract
PURPOSE:To manufacture the above mentioned nozzle, improved bending strength etc. and also, prevented the initiation of crack.damage, by filling up the wire net or metal fiber in refractory material under the existence of bonding agent shrinking the volume in baking process and then, forming.baking the above material. CONSTITUTION:Refractory material is formed and baked after filling up the wire net or metal fiber of 1-10% in the refractory material, such as Al2O3 or SiO2 etc., under the exisistence of bonding agent, such as phenol resin, epoxy resin or tar pitch etc., shrinking the volume in baking process. By the above method, crack. demage by the thermal influence at the time of baking and using, are not brought about and mechanical strength, such as bending etc., is improved and also, exfoliation is prevented and moreover, life is able to prolong.
