Abstract

PURPOSE: In an open-end fine spinning frame in which automatic yarn connection is made with a spinning rotor, the rotor is, in sequence, subjected to the start of rotation, interruption, automatic yarn connection and then normal rotation, thus preventing the failure in yarn connection.
CONSTITUTION: The rotation of spinning rotor 1 is raised to a prescribed level that exceeds the low-speed rotation. Then, the power for motor M is temporarily interrupted with a temporary interruptor to turn back the rotation to the low-speed range and the yarn connection is effected. Subsequently, motor M is restarted with means for restarting the motor and the rotation is raised to a level exceeding the normal revolution and fine spinning is carried out. Thus, the yarn end in the yarn-dragging tube can be taken out with sufficient sucking power.
