Abstract

PURPOSE: To control efficiently and economically an ozonizer composed of a plurality of ozone generation units and a plurality of power supply units by attaching an ozone analyzer to the outlet pipe of the ozonizer and setting a controller for simultaneously reducing the ozone yields of the ozone generation units at the same rate.
CONSTITUTION: The ozonizer is composed mainly of a plurality of ozone generation units 1 and a plurality of power supply units 2 for controlling the ozone yield every unit 1 or every unit of several units 1. This ozonizer is provided with control instruction transmitter 10, and ozone analyzer 8 is attached to ozone taking-out pipe 7 for taking out ozone generated from all of units 1. The concn. of ozone generated is detected with analyzer 8 and fed to units 2 as a signal. When the ozone yield is reduced, the amt. of electric power supplied to all of units 1 is simultaneously reduced at the same rate with transmitter 10.
