Abstract
PURPOSE: To move an objective lens and a mirror by one set of driving source and make possible plural magnification changings by stopping power transmission by more than a fixed load and moving the objective lens and mirror to the respectively specified positions.
CONSTITUTION: With the optical system which is put in an equal magnification state by the objective lens and 1st mirror 3 of carriages 6, 7, the carriers 6, 7 move up to the positions determined by stoppers 12, 18 by way of the belts 35, 29 driven by a drive source 21, whereby the 1st scale-down optical system is formed. If in this case, the carriage 6 of a light weight touches the stopper 12, more than the specified load is applied and the belt 35 slips with respect to a pulley 33 to obviate the transmission of the driving force to the carriage 6. When the carriage 7 touches the stopper 18, the driving source 21 is stopped by a microswitch. In the same manner, the 2nd scale-down optical system is formed by the movement of the carriages 6, 7 of the ratio differing from that at the 1st scale-down by the stoppers 13, 19, thus the plural magnification changings may be done by using one set of the driving source.
