Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a transformer of little leakage inductance and of simple construction, by manufacturing a secondary winding of an electroconductive piece wound by one turn around an annular core fitted with a primary winding. CONSTITUTION:A primary winding 21 is toroidally coiled around an annular core 20. The primary winding and the core are housed in a cylindrical secondary winding made of a copper plate. The seondary winding comprises a bottom plate 221, an outer cylindrical body 222, an inner cylindrical body 223 and a lid 224. The bottom plate 221 is provided with a perofrated hole (a) of the same diameter as the inner body 223. Another perforated hole (b) is provided through the center of the lid 224 by cutting and bending so that the hole (b) is penetrated by the inner body 223 and a tongue (c) is used as an electrode. The core 20, around which the winding 21 is provided, is fitted on the inner body 223. One end of the inner body is fitted in the perforated hole (a). In that state, the secondary winding extends by one turn around the entire annular core 20.
