Abstract

PURPOSE: To highly accurately control the dimension of a blade height of the impeller, by providing a stopper of the same height as a required blade height in a surplus pad portion at the peripheral end of the impeller and releasing a pressurization upon approval of the displacement point of a displacement amount of the pressurizing rod.
CONSTITUTION: In a surplus pad portion at the peripheral end of the impeller, is provided a ring-shaped stopper 5 in a dimension of the required blade height. An area of the stopper 5 portion is made as same as or above the total welded area of a blade 3. This causes a pressurized stress in the blade 3 portion to be 1/2 or less. A decrease amount of the blade height and decreasing speed are divided into three processes and can be shown by the shifting amount of a pressurizing rod 6. This shifting amount is drawn on a screen of the oscillograph and a release of the pressurization upon approval of the pressurized force going into a decreasing process at the displacement point of the curve can highly accurately control a height of the blade 3 to that of the stopper 5.
