Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent pressure fluid through inlets on the low pressure side from flowing back to the inlets and provide sure reversal of a diaphragm piston, by settingmovable valves which are moved outward oppositely from each other by a spring, at the center of the piston.
CONSTITUTION: Pressure fluid flows in valve chambers 23, 24 through inlets 25, 26, and a diaphragm piston 22 is shifted to the left because of a differential pressure working on it, when the pressure in the valve chamber 23 is higher than that in the valve chamber 24. This makes a left movable valve 36 seated on a valve seat 31, while a right movable valve 35 is inhibited to advance by a stopper on a piston 33, then moved together with the piston 22 to the left against a spring 37 and separated from a valve seat 30. Consequently, high pressure fluid flowing from the inlet 25 into the valve chamber 23 is discharged from an outlet 27. Since the movable valve 36 is normally seated on the seat 31, reverse flow of pressure fluid on the high pressure side to the inlet 26 on the lower side is completely checked.
