In such case, signal g is detected by peak value detection circuit 13 to deliver signal h proportional to the peak value. If signal h is larger than either of reference value E1 and E2, both error outputs i and j of error amplification circuits 14 and 15 feature the large value. As a result, the gains of circuits 11 and 12 are controlled to decrease, and thus signal g decreases. Accordingly, output j also decreases, and as a result output g is stabilized to the fixed value.
