Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase moisture content, and to obtain a large quantity of evaporation while humidifying air efficiently, by a mechanism wherein a bubble pump is manufactured by the use of a simple device such as a blower, water is sprayed from a portion upper than humidifying elements, and the humidifying elements are further mounted horizontally.

CONSTITUTION: When water is admitted into a water tank 8 and the tank is installed onto a humidifying pan 1, a water level is kept at a fixed position where a lower end portion of a penstock 4 is immersed. When operating a blower 7, a bubble pump 5 works, and water in the humidifying pan 1 is pumped up to an upper portion of the penstock 4 and sprayed over humidifying elements 2. As the elements 2 are horizontally mounted the spraying water is spread over all the corners, and the elements 2 are fully moistured. Water is evaporates on the fully wet elements 2, but water which is not evaporated returns to the humidifying pan 1, water corresponding to the quantity of water evaporated is continually supplied from the tank 8, the water level in the evaporation pan 1 is constantly kept constant, and the above-mentioned operation is repeated.
