Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a method for automatic and accurate control of machine tool life by detecting the rate of load applied to the machine tool. CONSTITUTION:Load applied to the machine tool is in proportion to current Ia of armature. Load rate is output by the armature current detection circuit 10 and current absolute value circuit 10''. It is regulated by the load rate regulating circuit 10''' and input into the strong current sequence circuit 13 after conversion to digital volume by means of A/D converter 11. The strong current sequence circuit 13 compares between actual and standard load rates and inputs machine tool exchange instruction signal ATC into the machine exchange device 15 through the strong current panel 14.
