Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent damage and sinking of pile and to secure safety of pile base, by a method wherein slime is left in the bottom of drilled hole for consolidation without being removed, thus increasing supporting force at top end of pile, and negative abrasion force acting upon pile through foundation near the pile is obstracted.
CONSTITUTION: By filling stabilizing liquid such as bentonite muddy water, breaking of hole wall is prevented, and after hole 10 is drilled tubular body 12 having shoe block 16 with socket 14 drilled and provided therein at the top end is inserted. Cylindrical guide member 18 is fitted at the top end of tubular body 12; slidable steel pile 22 for the prevention of abrasion force on the circumference respectively. A setting agent is then mixed with the stabilizing liquid outside tubular body 12 to form set object 24 inside hole 10. Then, shoe block 16 is hit to be punched in to consolidate the foundation slime 30 accumulated in the bottom of hole 10 and the foundation below the slime. Rod 20 is then removed, setting material 32 such as concrete is striken and installed on shoe block 16 and tubular body 12 and shoe block 16 are coupled.
