Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a conductive molding material having excellent decorative effect, and giving molded articles which can be distinguished each other by the chroma and tint differences, by adding aluminum flakes to a resin composition composed of a molding resin and conductive carbon, wherein the amount and the size of the aluminum flakes differ stepwisely between the molded articles to be distinguished.
CONSTITUTION: The objective conductive molding material is prepared by compounding 100pts.wt. of a resin composition composed of a molding resin such as polyethylene and conductive carbon such as carbon black, with 1W40pts. of aluminum flakes pref. 40W1000 microns in size. The aluminum flake is prepared either by pulverizing aluminum or aluminum alloy foil as it is, or by pulverizing the foil after coloring by vacuum evaporation or coating.
USE: A flat heater for interior use, etc.
