Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the dispersion of the transmission characteristics by connecting the negative feedback amplifier including the negative feedback resistance in series to the compensating resistance and then selecting the value of the compensating resistance and the negative feedback resistance each. CONSTITUTION:In case semiconductor switch 12 of the C-MOS switch or the like is used for the channel switch element, compensating resistance 5 is connected in series to the row of the switch matrix when switch 12 is on. At the same time, negative feedback amplifier 14 including negative feedback resistance 6 is connected in series to resistance 5. And then the value is selected for resistances 5 and 6, thus decreasing the dispersion of the transmission characteristics.
