CONSTITUTION:Cylinder bore 4 is formed in lower mold 1 such that it opens in cavity 3. Material 8 to be shaped into cavity 3 while urging pin 5 for controlling the capacity of cavity 3 downward by means of spring 6 and upward with application of hydraulic pressure P. Here, the hydraulic pressure P is controlled such that the pressure in cavity 3 is kept constant from the time when material 8 is charged into cavity 3 to the time when foaming of material 8 is terminated.
