Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a composite cushion body for the sheet of a seat in which cushion properties are uniformed by a method wherein the boundary between parts of a cushion different in hardness and other properties after foaming can be arranged in a predetermined position. CONSTITUTION:A forming mold 1 is composed of the upper die 3 and the lower die 2. For the lower die 2, a partitioning projection 5 for the liquefied undiluted solution of polyurethane resin foamed substances different in composition, etc. is provided on the boundary of the concavity- shaped surface part 4A in the bottom part of the lower die. The upper die 3 is constituted in such a manner that one or several pressure partition plates 6 closely opposed to the partitioning projection 5 of the lower die 2 and intercepting and partitioning a lower-die space part 7A are provided in suspension and intercepting pressure partition space parts 7A and 7B are communicated with each other through an intercepting vacant part 8 being provided.
