Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain sufficiently high Q value, the mobility of a magnetic wall and practical Hcol temperature coefficient by holding very small amount of bubble and by using a thin film of CaGe substitute type which contains Sm and Eu at the same time or Ga substitute type or CaGaGe substitute type garnet.
CONSTITUTION: At a garnet material expressed in a formation formula (R,Ca)3-x-y SmxEuy(Fe,Ge)5O12,R3-x-ySmxEuy(Fe,Ga)5O12 or (R,Ca)3-x-y SmxEuy (Fe,Ge, Ca)5012, (however, R it as least one or more element out of Y, Lu, Yb, Tm), any of them remarkably improves its characteristics as comparing with a single formation by coexistent effect of Sm, and Eu. In this case, X≥0.15 and Y≥0.15 are established. High speed driving is feasible and very small amount of bubble is obtained by a magnetic garnet thin film of this formation and it is possible to have high mobility of a magnetic wall and Hcol temperature coefficient which closes to temperature coefficient of the magnet for supply of a bias magnetic field by securing a sufficiently large Q factor.
