Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect a person against a danger of deficiency of oxygin during cooking by a method wherein a heat transmitting type cooking is performed via a heat pipe arranged between a combustion device and foods to be cooked or a container.

CONSTITUTION: Fuel is sent to a burner 3 via a fuel supplying pipe 4, and combustion air is fed from the outside area via air supplying pipe 5. The burner 3 is started to perform a combustion, the discharged gas is exhausted outside via discharging pipe 6. In turn, a combustion in the burner 3 heats a heat receiver 9 of a heat pipe 8, its thermal enery is transfered to a heat discharging part 10, heats a pan 7 via heat transmitting fins 11. Container such as a pan placed on the pan 7 is heated to perform a cooking. In this way, the thermal energy is transmitted to the cooked food via heat pipe, so that even if some cracks are produced in the pan etc., by leaked fluid etc., no leakage of the combustion gas is found inside the room.
