Abstract
PURPOSE:To minimize unevenness of a developing gas composition due to ammonia recycling by opening or closing a magnetic valve in accordance with a change in liquid surface level of an ammonia recovering solution tank to adjust the amt. of a regenerating solution introduced. CONSTITUTION:Level meter 12 is set in recovering solution tank 5 to detect the liquid surface level. A pass for feeding a regenerating solution from regenerating solution tank 3 to absorption column 2 is divided into two, and one pass is fitted with magnetic valve 13. In accordance with the liquid surface level of tank 5 detected with meter 12 valve 13 is opened or closed to adjust the flow rate of the regenerating solution introduced into the recovery section. Thus, the level is stabilized, and the concentration of the recovering solution is also stabilized. Accordingly, by this ammonia recycling method a developing gas composition capable of stabilizing copy quality is obtained.
