Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable suspended matter such as human furs, etc. of bath to be discharged without discharging excess water by opening an overflow port mounted to a water level responding body to the side wall part of a water tub.
CONSTITUTION: An overflow port 9 connected to a discharge box 11 by way of a flexible overflow pipe 8 is proivded to the side wall part of a bathtub or the like of bath. The overflow port 9 is mounted to a water level responding body (float) 10 which moves vertucally according to the water level A in the bathtub, in such a manner that its bottom end position is slightly below the water level A. When a gate valve 14 is opened by depressing an operating lever, the suspended matter in the bathtub flows into the overflow pipe 8 through the overflow port 9 and is discharged through the discharge box 11 and discharge pipe 12.
