Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The temperature of the conbustion furnace 2 is detected with the temperature detector 1, this temperature detection value PV1 is fed to the temperature regulator 3, and the temperature deviation value M1 from the regulator 3 is fed to the computer 8. Further, the flow detected with the flowmeter 5 is fed to the computer 8 as the digital flow measurement value PV2 at the A/D converter 4a of the flow regulator 4. Further, in case of a single control loop, the mode selection switch 4e is open and the valve 6 is controlled with the measurement value PV2 of the flowmeter 5 to a given value, and in case of cascade control, the switch 4e is closed and the cascade close signal is fed to the computer 8, the flow objective SV2 and the temperature deviation valve MV1 are matched to the flow measurement value PV2, the flow deviation value MV2 is outputted from the computer 8 to control the valve 6.
