Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase the flow rate pump by preventing the collision of both magnetic poles by using a system in which when the distance between the main magnetic pole of stator core and the magnetic pole of plunger becomes small, the force of return spring is rapidly increased.
CONSTITUTION: The return spring 26 is inserted into between the piston 13 and the cylinder 12 as a fixing portion and compressed against the attractive direction of electromagnetic portion. The return spring 26 has such a characteristic that the force of the spring against deflection is rapidly increased at a position where the main magnetic pole 4 of the stator core 1 comes near the magnetic pole 5 of the plunger 6. For example, because non-linear spring like conical spring is used, the force of spring is rapidly increased when the magnetic pole 5 comes near the main magnetic pole 4, the plunger 6 is decelerated, the collision of the plunger 6 against the stator core 1 is prevented, and stroke is increased.
