Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a crumbling of a stacked loads such as rice bags by a method wherein a tightening belt stretched between a winder secured slidably and detachably and a belt fixing section against two sets of supporting columns is placed between the bags to tighten during piling work.
CONSTITUTION: A winder 10 and a belt fixing section 1 are slidably secured by means of the fitting members 2, 12 against one set of columns 8a, 8b which comprise two pipes 7, 7. On piling several rows of bags on the base, the supporting columns 8a, 8b are shored, both ends 5a, 5b of the tightening belt 5 being stretched between the belt fixing member 1 and the winder 10 to stretch by use of a ratchet mechanism 13. When several rows are further piled on the tightening belt 5, the tightening belt is re-stretched. Said operations are repeated against multiple sets columns 8a, 8b and the tightening belt 5, enabling to attain prevention of crumbling of piled bags by the tightening belt 5 located in a lattice shape.
