Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the deterioration of tightening torque value of each set of bolt and nut by a method wherein the whole sets of bolt and nut are simultaneously tightened with a temporary tightening torque and formed into several blocks, which are tightened with an increasing tightening torque from the center toward the ends.
CONSTITUTION: The sets of bolt and nut 1W5 located in the center are formed into a block, and the sets of bolt and nut 6W11 located on both sides thereof are formed into other blocks. Moreover, the sets of bolt and nut 12W17 located at both ends are formed into the other blocks. The final tightening torque values for these blocks are set so as to increase from the center toward the ends. Thus, the whole sets of bolt and nut 1W17 are simultaneously tightened with a temporary tightening torque and then tightened with an increasing tightening torque from the center to the ends symmetrically in the logitudinal direction so that each block has its own final tightening torque value. Thereby, a material to be tightened, together with a soft material to be tightened, is mounted by using a plurality sets of bolt and nut.
