Abstract

PURPOSE: To make a separation paper firmly adhere to a metallic sheet immediately after applying the separation paper of a fixed drying ratio by the electrostatic energy charged by a static electricity generator.
CONSTITUTION: A separation paper 31 is fed from under a metallic strip 1 and made closely adhere to the metallic strip 1 by pinch rolls 2 so that air is completely eliminated from between the separation paper 31 and the metallic strip 1 providing the best condition for electrostatic adhesion. A statis electricity generator 7 provided after the pinch rolls 2 charge static electricity to the separation paper 31. The magnitude of electrification can be controlled by varying the voltage of the static electricity generator 7 between 10W35 KV and also varying the distance between the elecrode of the generator 7 and the paper 31 between 30W60mm.
