Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the production and the balancing with a larger effective coil length by means of a rotor in which 5 coils each having a sector of 72° are arranged in a circle in two stages, upper and lower and integrated monolithically into a rotor, each stage facing each other at a deviation angle of 36°.
CONSTITUTION: Coils 9a∼9e each having a sector 72° are arranged in a circle around the axis of rotation. Likewise, coils 9f∼9j are arranged in a circle and integral laid on the coil 9a∼9e as opposed at a declination of 36° to form a rotor. The connection of the coils is made in such a manner that each terminal of the coils is connected to a commutator so as to form two parallel circuits each comprising a series circuit of three coils and a series circuit of two coils. With such an arrangement, it is possible to increase the effective coil length contributing to the rotation force while facilitating the production of the rotor and the balancing adjustment.
