The output of the amplified input signal is amplified again through amplifier AMP featuring the desired frequency characteristics and then delivered in the form of output signal e0(omega). On the other hand, signal e0(omega) is detected by detector DET, and DC output voltage VD' correlating the size and frequency of signal e0(omega) is obtained at the output of the detector. This voltage VD' is then smoothed through time constant circuit TIM to be supplied to amplifier VA in the form of the control signal.
