Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the scattering of measurement precision and unhomogeneity in production by a method wherein the plural number of hooking members are provided on a base, and resistance wire is attached to the hooking members with conductive binding material in the form of stripes.
CONSTITUTION: A base 11a in the shape of a ring consisting of insulating material is composed of two plates to maintain its strength. Electrodes 11b are fitted to the surface of the base 11a, and 13 pieces of hooking members 11c made of conductive material and formed in a cross section T are fixed to the electrode 11b by soldering. Platinum resistance wires are hooked by the hooking members and spread in the form of stripes. Portion of the wires which is overlapping on the base 11a and not exposed to air is covered with a conductive binder 11d composed of solder and silver powder paste, then fixed to the hooking members 11c.
