PURPOSE:To inject chemicals at the fixed rate regardless of the liquid sending speed of raw water by a mechanism wherein a chemical permeating bar connected to a chemical feed pipe is contacted with a suction port consisting of a nozzle connected to an incurrent pipe and an inverse nozzle connected to an excurrent pipe. CONSTITUTION:Raw water is supplied from an opening and closing valve, and fed to an incurrent nozzle 8 to a chemical injecting device through a water pipe 2. Chemicals are supplied to a protective pipe 5 through a liquid feed pipe 7 from a chemical tank. A chemical permeating bar 4 cylindrically manufactured with a porous member is inserted into the protective pipe 5. The incurrent nozzle 8 and an inverse nozzle 9 are mounted to a chemical mixing casing, both nozzles 8, 9 face each other in an appropriate void and form a suction port 10, and the raw water to which the chemicals are injected goes out from an outlet pipe 11.
