Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the subliming speed of subliming dyes contained in ink and perform even transfer-printing in a short time by generating the heat at metal (compound) contained in printing ink through utilization of high-frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:Infinitesimal powder of alminium or other metal (compound) is combined with printing ink containing subliming dyes such as, for instance, expressed in the formula and mixed and condensed in a bowl mill and the like. First transfer paper is prepared by using this ink composition. Then printing material such as polyester/cotton mixture cloth and the like is laid on the top of transfer paper, desirably being heated beforehand by heated wind, infrared rays etc. After that, by utilizing high-frequency induction heating (example: frequency of 3000kHz), subliming dyes are sublimed, thus transfer printing is performed.
