Abstract
PURPOSE: The titled stucco for forming the stuccoed film excellent at strength, durability, and heat insulation, on the surface of the dies, being prepared by admixing the mixed liquor of the aggregate consisting of silica sand, chamotte or mortar and diatomaceous earth, and alcohol or thinner, with the oily, heat resisting, flame resisting, cold setting resinous binder.
CONSTITUTION: The aggregate is prepared by mixing the silica sand finer than 200 Mesh, chamotte or talc finer than 300 Mesh, and the diatomaceous earth, at the rate 70W95:1W10:3W30. This aggregate is mixed with alcohol or thinner at the rate 1:1W1:5. Thus prepared mixed liquor is admixed with the oily, heat resisting, flame resisting, cold setting resinous binder at the rate 1:0.2W1:1 under an agitation; hereby, the stucco is prepared. Hereupon, above employed binder depends on the preparation stated in the disclosed patent application 49-10339, and has good adhesiveness to the dies wall, good waterproofness and weatherproofness; and the dried film is nontoxic and nonodorous.
