Abstract

PURPOSE:To make supporting force even and prevent eccentricity by supporting a fine tube by a holder fixed to a reflecting mirror structure. CONSTITUTION:The end of cylindrical holder 6 is divided into a plurality of claws provided with spring action. A pair of angle setters 6a, spring 6d, Brewster window plate 6b are inserted into holder 6. Folded parts 13 of the claws of holder 6, which come in contact with free end 3b of a capillary tube are used as stoppers to support components. Reflecting mirror structure 10 fitted with holder 6 is inserted into the tube body, and thereby holder 6 and free end 3b of the fine tube are fitted together. Under this condition, flange 12 is fitted airtight to the inner surface of Kovar disk 11a constituting optical axis matching hollow member 11.
