Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the selective removal of corrosions and piled matters by arranging the heat pipes rectangularly in a rotor and suitably rotating the heat pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A heat pipe 7 is arranged rectangularly between two rectangular end plates 6 and 6, and the interior of a casing 5 is partitioned into a high-temperature gas side and a low-temperature side by a sealing wall 8 through which the heat pipe 7 penetrates and a diaphragm 18 around the periphery of the sealing wall 8, and inlet ducts 1 and 3 are connected to outlet ducts 2 and 4. The outer periphery of the diaphragm 18 is formed into a circular shape and has a seal 19. Between end plates 6 and 6 there are fixed side plates 20 and 20, which are rotated by means of a shaft 9 fixed to the center of the end plates 6 and 6. Furthermore, a seal 22 is installed between the end plate 6 and the casing 5.
