Abstract

And the grip sensor 9, constituted by a lower electrode 11, a pressure sensing conductive rubber 12 and an upper electrode 13, induces a detection signal from a change of conductivity of the pressure sensing conductive rubber 12, respectively for cases with the grip unit 7 gripped and released by the operator, or for when normally operated and encountered a fault and the like, and makes the signal inputted to the control circuit, with the engine 2 driven or stopped operation.
