Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent collapsing and drop of cargoes carried on a plurality of forks, by providing a switch for detecting whether or not forks are located at required positions at a given time and monitoring the harmonic operation of the forks.
CONSTITUTION: When one of two forks is stopped at the center, center detecting limit switch 12 is held in contact with striker provided on fork connecting bed 15 and is thrown into ON condition. From the ON signal of said switch 12, computor detects that the fork is located at the center. On the other hand, if fork is extended to its critical position by driving means 13 and is located at the stop position, left- side limit switch 11 provided on fork connecting bed 15 comes into contact with striker provided on fork extending bed 14 and is thrown into ON condition, which can be detected by computor.
