Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve the distribution accuracy by making the granular solid delivered from a feeder measurable in a quantitative manner through a contact mixing of air into granular solid agitated with an air intake port and an internal space formed in a storage tank equipped with an agitator.
CONSTITUTION: A distribution apparatus 1 is composed of the main unit 2 and a constant quantity feeder 3 arranged on the upper portion thereof. A storage tank 31 is provided inside the device 3 while an agitator 32 and a screw feeder 33 are arranged near the lower opening of the tank. A control panel 34 is provided on the front of the device 3 to set the amount of the granular solid and control the distribution. A drive gear 21 drives the feeder 33. A weight detector 22 is provided. The rear inner wall 31b of the storage tank 31 is provided with a nose 31c to form a space P. In distribution, with the agitation of the agitator 32, air from the air intake port 31d is wrapped into the granular solid agitated via a space P. Thus, the granular solid layer is fluidized while homogenized.
